**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with site managers, staff and project teams to ensure mobilisation schedules align with project timelines and rosters
- Ensure company records of employee tickets, qualifications and medical information are up to date and compliant
- Book standard medical appointments and requalification courses
- Manage employee records in multiple systems
- Organise flights and accommodation in remote areas
- Liaise with HR and recruitment teams to ensure smooth transitions of new hires into projects
- Plan and coordinate process plant shutdowns and maintenance events.
