**Front Office Receptionist Role:**
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and be the welcoming face at one of our parks.
* This role involves processing guest check-ins and outs, managing reservations and accounts using our park booking system, coordinating with Housekeeping to track accommodation readiness, supplying guests with information about property and local areas, completing daily office administration tasks, and maintaining relationships with park teams, residents, and guests.

**Requirements:
* Previous front office experience in hospitality
* A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
* Proficiency in computer skills, including RMS or similar reservation systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Accuracy handling cash transactions
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* An enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* A current driver's license
