Duties & responsibilities:
* Provide nurturing care for children
* Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
* Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs
* Evaluate effectiveness of different programs
* Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment
* Facilitate a nature play approach, encouraging children to engage with their outside world.
Requirements & experience:
Our community is growing and so is our team we are looking for passionate educators to join us, weather you are at the beginning of your professional career or an experienced educator, we would love to hear from you.
* Current Working with Children Check
* Good knowledge of the QKLG and National Quality Framework
* Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other educators
* Comfortability in a collaborative teaching environment
* An ACECQA approved qualification or a willingness to work towards one
