We are currently seeking a hands-on and enthusiastic Assistant Technician (Electronics Equipment) to support the maintenance and servicing of our gaming and entertainment equipment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of electronic gaming and amusement equipment Perform routine diagnostics to identify faults and carry out minor repairs and adjustments Monitor machine functionality and respond promptly to breakdowns or issues during venue hours Support preventive maintenance schedules and ensure equipment is safe and compliant Maintain accurate service logs and inventory records for parts and equipment Assist with the setup and relocation of machines and displays as required Work collaboratively with senior technicians, venue managers, and the operations team Ensure all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised in line with OH&S requirements What We’re Looking For: Good knowledge of electronic or electromechanical systems (Gaming & Entertainment) Hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair (desirable) Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn on the job Good communication skills and ability to follow technical instructions A team player who takes initiative and works well in a busy environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required What We Offer: A fun and energetic work environment On-the-job training and support from experienced technicians Opportunities for advancement in venue operations and technical roles Staff discounts and team events Job stability with a growing hospitality and entertainment brand Click “Apply for this job” to register your interest for this fulltime salaried opportunity with a salary of $76K-$80K plus super
