You'll collaborate with stakeholders to improve systems, refine models of care, and drive continuous improvement across both facilities. With oversight of resources, workforce priorities, quality initiatives digital systems like AN-ACC and Leecare are under your control. With 46 beds RACF and 5 beds subacute you’ll work seamlessly between leading clinical governance shaping service delivery strategies mentoring staff ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards legislative requirements.
