They are seeking a qualified and experienced Multimedia Designer to join their growing design and marketing team. This is a chance to define the visual brand and marketing strategy for some of Australia's most significant new developments, from initial concept to final execution.
The Role: Strategic Design & Project Leadership
The Multimedia Designer is responsible for developing, producing, and leading the creation of high-quality multimedia content across all marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative conceptualisation, technical design proficiency, and high-level stakeholder consulting to ensure all visual output drives project success and reflects the client's premium design standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:

- Multimedia Production: Execute creative and technical design work across a wide range of media, including digital platforms, print materials, video, motion graphics, and interactive displays.
- Design Refinement & Specification: Select, specify, and recommend suitable digital tools and materials. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and negotiate design solutions, then create precise production-ready specifications and assets.
- Production Oversight: Supervise or directly manage the production process across all chosen media, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strict adherence to timelines, and compliance with technical and brand standards.
- Asset Management: Maintain a high level of organisation by archiving design files, project documentation, and multimedia assets for future reference.
- Trend Analysis: Stay informed of current and emerging trends in multimedia design, digital media, and visual communication to continuously enhance the quality and impact of their content.
Skills and Competencies for Success
They require a designer with both creative vision and the technical and organisational skills to lead projects from concept through to final delivery.
Essential Requirements:

- Expert Proficiency in a wide range of design and multimedia tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Conceptual Ability: Proven ability to conceptualise, develop, and produce creative multimedia content both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong Portfolio showcasing compelling work across print, digital, and motion graphics, demonstrating strong visual storytelling and brand understanding.
- Organisational & Project Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills required to consult with stakeholders and manage the entire production workflow.
- Proficiency in English language communications is expected and skills in other community languages would be welcomed.
