North and Central Queensland is entering one of the biggest infrastructure delivery periods in decades — and RRETS Group is continuing to grow alongside it.
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Civil Engineers, Superintendent Representatives, Contract Administrators and Project Managers with TMR prequalification and genuine delivery experience across regional and remote Queensland.
We are particularly interested in professionals holding, or capable of obtaining:
* CA01 / CA02 (B13)
* SEC01 / SEC02
* Other TMR prequalified Project Engineering or Project Management categories
Preferably already prequalified with TMR as an SEC01, CA01, CA02 (B13), or able to demonstrate the capability and experience required to obtain prequalification.
Our work is heavily focused on regional infrastructure, DRFA recovery, transport infrastructure, bridge reconstruction, road upgrades and complex project delivery throughout North and Central Queensland.
We are looking for practical people who understand regional delivery, can work collaboratively with Councils, contractors and communities, and are comfortable operating in dynamic project environments.
Typical project exposure may include:
* Disaster recovery and reconstruction works
* Road and bridge projects
* Pavement rehabilitation and sealing works
* Civil infrastructure upgrades
* Superintendent Representative and contract administration services
* Program and project management support
What we are looking for:
* Strong understanding of TMR standards and specifications
* Experience administering civil construction contracts
* Ability to manage quality, safety, environmental and stakeholder requirements
* Practical problem-solving skills and delivery focus
* RPEQ highly regarded
* DRFA / QRA experience highly valued
* Experience working with Local Government highly regarded
