This position will involve a Business Administration traineeship, providing hands on experience while learning the day to day operations of a real estate office.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reception duties and greeting clients
* Answering phone, email and in person enquiries
* Data entry and general administration
* Filing and document management
* Assisting property managers with maintenance coordination
* Preparing lease renewals and tenancy documentation
* Assisting with rental marketing and leasing documentation
About you:
* Friendly, professional and well presented
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good attention to detail
* Confident using computers
* Willing to learn and work as part of a team
