What role will you play?
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to join our Non-Financial Risk Strategy and Insights team. You will be key in enhancing operational risk management through technology and analytics, leveraging industry-leading AI capabilities. As part of an agile team of risk management professionals, you will provide deep expertise and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across personal banking, business banking, and wealth management.
What you offer
• Strong understanding of processing and analysing diverse data sources to extract actionable insights and presenting findings clearly, ideally using storytelling visualisations.
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management and control frameworks.
• Natural curiosity, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to identify and report opportunities.
• Experience in preparing management reports, synthesising data to support arguments.
• Previous experience in data analytics or Business Analyst roles is preferred; familiarity with tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, PowerBI, or Alteryx is advantageous.
