We are currently seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead day-to-day ICT operations across our dealership network.
This role is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and efficient IT services that support business performance and provide an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage on-site and cloud infrastructure, networking, telephony, Wi‐Fi, and mobile fleet environments
* Oversee system patching, monitoring, backups, endpoint security, and Intune/MDM platforms
* Lead the IT Helpdesk function (internal team and external MSP), managing SLAs, escalations, and service quality
* Drive incident and problem management processes aligned to ITIL, including major incident response
* Oversee ICT asset lifecycle management, procurement, licensing, vendor relationships, and cost optimisation
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including identity and access management (SOX aligned)
* Ensure site technology readiness, including meeting room technology and branch connectivity
* Maintain ICT policies, documentation, risk registers, and support audit requirements
* Prepare and manage ICT budgets, and deliver reporting on performance, cyber posture, and capacity planning
About You
You combine strong technical capability with operational leadership and a focus on service excellence and security.
You will bring:
* Proven experience leading ICT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery functions
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune/MDM, networking, cyber security, and cloud platforms
* Experience managing vendors, managed service providers, SLAs, and ICT budgets
* Solid understanding of ITIL practices, cyber security frameworks, and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* A proactive, organised, and continuous improvement mindset
