The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for helping others.
A key aspect of this role is assisting clients with their job search, resume writing, and interview preparation.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing employment opportunities, building relationships with potential employers, and providing ongoing support to clients in the workplace.

A typical day in this role involves:
* Developing strong rapport with clients to understand their needs and interests
* Assisting clients with their resumes, job applications and interview preparation
* Identifying and addressing barriers to employment and creating solutions to support clients at work and ongoing
* Creating job plans with clients to support clear pathways into sustainable employment
* Increasing clients' employability through training and other support services
* Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies
* Building and maintaining relationships with potential employers and community organisations
