Security Officers – Westfield Geelong (27th January, 2026)

We are currently seeking experienced and licensed Security Officers to join our team in a full‐time Control Room position, working 6am–6pm, on the following roster:
* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
* Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
We also have a number of casual opportunities available for the right candidates.
As a Security Officer at Westfield Geelong, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for shoppers, retailers, and visitors, all while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing professional and friendly front-line customer service
* Responding to incidents, including medical, emergency, and security-related events
* Monitoring safety risks and reporting hazards or suspicious activity
* Supporting centre operations through crowd management and de‐escalation techniques
* Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols
What you'll need:
* Current Victorian Security License with Crowd Control function
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates
* Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer experience
* Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
* High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
