KJEX Pty Ltd is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Social Media, Marketing, Expo Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position, based in Plympton Park, SA, will be responsible for executing our social media strategy, assisting with marketing campaigns and activities, plus assisting with expo coordination.
What you'll be doing
* Develop and implement an engaging social media strategy across multiple platforms to grow our online presence and audience
* Create compelling content, including graphics, videos and written posts, to drive engagement and awareness
* Monitor and respond to customer queries and comments in a timely and professional manner
* Coordinate marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
* Liaise with internal teams to gather and showcase impactful case studies and success stories
* Assist with our expos, including coordinating logistics and liaising with clients.
* Analyse campaign and event performance, and provide recommendations for future improvements
What we're looking for
* 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, social media or event coordination role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Strong creative flair and ability to produce engaging content for social media
* Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
* Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
* Familiarity with the marketing and communications landscape
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
