Casa Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) to provide leadership and oversight of clinical services for people with disability. This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-driven organisation and make a real impact in the disability sector.
About The Role
As Clinical Lead, you will:
* Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with NDIS standards and clinical governance frameworks.
* Develop and review client care plans, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
* Mentor and support frontline leaders and staff in evidence-based practice.
* Manage clinical incidents, restrictive practices, and high-intensity supports.
* Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic planning for clinical services.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
* Strong leadership skills and experience in clinical service delivery.
* Knowledge of NDIS requirements and clinical governance highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high professional standards.
