An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support business improvement initiatives across operational and project functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret operational, logistics, procurement and project-related information to support business planning and management decision-making.
• Prepare regular business performance reports, operational analyses and management information summaries for senior management.
• Analyse production, inventory, transportation and contractor performance data to identify trends, risks and business opportunities.
• Support business planning activities through the evaluation of operational performance, project outcomes and resource utilisation.
• Assist management in assessing business performance against operational objectives, budgets and project targets.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytical tools to support informed decision-making across operational and project functions.
• Liaise with operational teams, contractors and management personnel to obtain business information and monitor operational performance.
• Conduct commercial and operational analysis to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, research and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to evaluate information and provide practical business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience in commercial, operational, project or business environments will be highly regarded.
