We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Analyst/Associate to join their Corporate FX Sales team in Sydney. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, client-facing role supporting Japanese corporate clients with foreign exchange solutions. Description Key Responsibilities: Provide FX solutions and deal execution for Japanese corporate clients Assist with client on-boarding, documentation, and database management Prepare client presentations and compliance reports Support the FX team with client coverage and administrative tasks Deliver accurate and timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) Promote FX capabilities internally and externally Maintain strong relationships with transactional clients, including e-platform users Occasional business travel and flexible working hours required Profile What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or related field Fluent Japanese language skills (spoken and written) Experience in FX markets (banking or corporate treasury) is preferred Exposure to FX sales and client relationship management is preferred Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills AFMA Accreditation preferred or willingness to obtain High integrity and adherence to FX Code of Conduct Excellent communication and teamwork skills Job Offer Why Join them?
