Responsibilities
Employment Type: Part-Time (30 hours/week, 4 or 5 days/week)
Contract Duration: Temporary – until end of May 2026
Hiring Reason: Maternity leave cover
- Order Management: Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Freight Coordination: Arrange shipments via our freight portal, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Invoicing: Issue invoices for goods supplied to customers and maintain billing records.
- Customer Support: Provide pricing and availability information to customers.
- Data Maintenance: Update and manage customer master data and sales pricing records.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Tradeshow Support: Coordinate logistics for trade events, including booth setup, product preparation, travel, and accommodation.
- Promotional Coordination: Work with buying groups to implement monthly or quarterly promotions and manage promotional materials.
- Catalogue Management: Ensure product catalogues are accurate and current, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery. Add current products and remove outdated ones.
Your Profile
- Mandatory: Prior experience in a manufacturing company.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
