Wilson Security presents an exciting opportunity to join our NT local security workforce as a Security Supervisor at Katherine Hospital in the Northern Territory.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
1. Location: Katherine, NT
2. Provide strategic leadership and daily management of the Hospital Security Officers team
3. Ensure efficient staffing, rostering, and workforce planning for operational continuity
4. Monitor and report on service hours and performance metrics
5. Full-time role
6. Short-term accommodation allowance for eligible candidates
7. Potential earnings up to $110,000 p.a. (depending on hours, overtime, classification, and other factors)
8. Level 5
Wilson Security is expanding in the Northern Territory, creating new roles to strengthen our regional presence and response capabilities, supported by our Operations Managers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver excellent customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
* Monitor CCTV and access control systems proactively
* Conduct building patrols to identify and mitigate security and safety risks
* Report hazards and building faults for rectification
* Respond to emergency situations
* Manage contractor relationships
* Perform ad-hoc duties as required
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Strong customer service skills
* Full working rights and availability
* Willingness to support and step into other roles as needed
* Ability to work well independently and in teams
* Flexibility to work on a rotational roster (nights, days, weekends)
* Australian citizen or hold unlimited work rights
* Current NT Security license
* Ability to prepare and write reports
* Proficiency with computers and security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft programs)
* Physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
* Crowd Control endorsement (highly desirable)
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates
