Salary: Teacher, $85,610 - $124,046 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2023)
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 2, 2025 Eastern Goldfields College is a progressive Independent Public School which caters for students in Year 11 and 12. As a senior college, we encourage students to take ownership of their learning and achieve their very best.
The College exists in a unique and diverse educational domain. It shares facilities with Central Regional Technical and Further Education (TAFE), Kalgoorlie campus and the Western Australia School of Mines (WASM). The Role The successful applicant will have developed knowledge in the Visual Arts area of the curriculum with strong teaching and classroom management skills, and be able to develop good relationships with students and engage them in highly effective learning. They will engage in professional learning and working professionally with colleagues, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills, working as a member of a vibrant and enthusiastic school team.
The successful applicant will ideally be passionate and committed to the education of young people. They will desirably possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate with team members, as well as work autonomously.
