About The Role
Support General and Sales Managers to ensure seamless operations of advertising sales delivery
Process advertising bookings generated by the Sales team as instructed by the Sales/General Manager
Liaise and coordinate with ARN Airtime staff to ensure booking data has been entered correctly
Assist Account Managers with credit applications and reference checks ensuring all relevant information is collected so the client ID is issued quickly
Assist sales team in uploading MI's and audio as required and provide overall assistance with Workflow
Maintain accurate records on bookings for airtime reconciliation and survey information
Update Station Sponsorship Tracker
Deliver daily revenue updates to Sales Team
Ensure Live Reads are timed and scripted correctly
The successful applicant will possess excellent attention to detail, computer literacy, prioritization skills, and strong communication abilities. They will be responsible for efficiently processing advertising bookings, liaising with airtime staff, and maintaining accurate records.
