**About the role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a switched on Customer Service Representative to join the Gold Coast team. This role is working 4 days per week that will:

- Onboard our customers ensuring they understand their obligations and introduce them to our customer journey portal
- Build rapport and ongoing relationships with our customers
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Receive and respond to incoming customer queries
- Provide customers regular updates regarding progress of their purchase
- Upload and update various content into community portals
- Analyse and diagnose customer requests and field to appropriate case owner
- Co-ordinate valuation inspections
- Assess and understand the needs of customers
- General administration and data processing duties
- Provide ongoing admin support to the team

**Skills and experience**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in delivery of great telephone customer service, both inbound and outbound
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and experience
- Previous experience with CRM systems (Salesforce desirable)
- Excellent oral communication skills with emphasis on telephone communication
- An approachable demeanour with a "can-do" attitude
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to adhere to and work within tight timeframes
- High attention to detail, ensuring accurate inputting of information and data processing
- Ability to work autonomously and fast paced to adhere to deadlines
