This position is a key leadership role, reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, and will be responsible for overseeing and providing leadership to our electrical and refrigeration team. You'll be an advocate for Goodline both internally and externally, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting client expectations, fostering positive relationships, and driving continuous improvement.

About the role:
We're looking for a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team in a residential-based role, working on a variety of maintenance jobs—ranging from small fixes to large-scale projects—with a long-term, well-established client right here in town. You'll be leading from the front, supporting a diverse crew that brings a wide range of experience and perspectives to the table. What You'll Do:
* Lead, direct, and motivate a diverse electrical and refrigeration team.
* Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, offering services, quoting, and tendering works to create win-win partnerships.
* Deliver expert advice and assistance, campaigning for industry best practices and ensuring consistently high-quality work for clients and stakeholders.
* Apply high-level planning and strategic thinking skills to set priorities and manage complex workflows across multiple work fronts.
* Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, ensuring workers implement control measures to minimise risks to health and safety.
* Report incidents, non-conformances, and near misses, and participate in incident investigations when required.
* Collaborate effectively with project engineers/managers, mechanical, civil, and electrical disciplines, and other stakeholders.
* Conduct Pre-start meetings and toolbox talks.
Your technical qualifications:
* Trade Certificate - Electrical (Mandatory)
* WA Electrical Licence (Mandatory)
* LVR/CPR (Mandatory)
* Construction Induction Card (Mandatory)

About You
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the electrical industry (e.g., Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Superintendent, or similar).
* Ability to collaborate with team members and supervise to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
* Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices within mining/domestic environments.
* Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* A willingness to learn and adapt.
