About the role It’s an exciting time at Enerven. As our business grows we’re evolving our Finance and Commercial function to provide more sophisticated support and smarter business partnering.
Our Finance Team’s mission is to deliver timely, accurate and actionable insights that empower smarter decisions. As a trusted Finance Business Partner you’ll be the vital link between finance senior leaders and operational teams, not just producing reports but helping the business interpret the numbers, shape strategy and drive performance.
As Finance Business Partner you’ll be embedded in the business. Day to day you will :
Translate timely financial data into clear actionable insight
Guide commercial decisions helping project teams deliver profitable outcomes
Ensure financial discipline across contracts from cost capture to revenue recognition
Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting that drives strategic planning
Identify risks early and highlight opportunities for improvement
Champion best‑practice processes and uplift financial capability across teams
Support tenders and pricing with robust financial modelling
Help align finance delivery and commercial teams around shared goals
Improve systems and processes to enhance financial maturity
Ultimately you’ll be a trusted advisor enabling smarter decisions and stronger results.
About you You bring strong financial and commercial skills with experience in analysis, budgeting, forecasting and project governance. You’re collaborative, curious and solutions‑focused and you thrive on turning numbers into insights that drive real business impact. You naturally build trust, influence thinking and challenge constructively when needed.
You will bring:
A Degree in Accountancy, Commerce or Finance
A Professional Accounting Qualification (CA / CPA) or working towards it
Solid experience in Financial and or Commercial Business Partnering roles
Exposure to project‑driven businesses undergoing growth, expansion or system development
