Do Work That Matters
In this role, you'll be responsible for originating and retaining new and existing clients, providing a range of solutions including commercial lending and asset finance.
As a Broker Banker, you'll be at the heart of helping small businesses thrive.
You'll work closely with brokers and business owners to deliver tailored lending solutions, strengthen relationships, and shape the future of business banking.
More specifically you will :
Write and structure deals up to $1M and bring in new business opportunities.
Position the Bank to win new business and strengthen client relationships.
Collaborate with specialists to deliver customised financial solutions.
Manage deal execution from negotiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Partner with Risk Management to streamline lending processes.
Build a network of internal and external stakeholders to generate new opportunities.
We Want to Hear from People Who Have
Proven experience in small business lending, credit origination, and client analysis.
Strong broker and intermediary relationships, with a passion for enhancing their experience.
Skills in business development, including identifying and converting new opportunities.
Excellent communication, time management, and prioritisation skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Knowledge of banking and financial products; tertiary qualifications in business or commerce are desirable.
