About the role
As a Penfolds Brand Ambassador, you'll bring one of the world's most iconic wine brands to life. This role is all about creating memorable experiences, representing Penfolds with authority, and sharing our story across Australia and beyond.
* Host Penfolds VIP trade, consumer, and media events at Magill Estate, other Penfolds properties, and across Australia
* Collaborate with global teams to deliver world-class activations and programs
* Mentor hospitality teams and support brand & wine education initiatives
* Act as liaison with winemakers and support Re-Corking Clinics globally
* Represent Penfolds in domestic and occasional international markets
About you
You're a confident storyteller with deep wine knowledge and the ability to bring the Penfolds brand to life. With strong communication skills and commercial acumen, you can engage diverse audiences and represent Penfolds with professionalism and passion.
* WSET or similar wine qualification, plus RSA for all Australian states
* Advanced technical and practical wine knowledge (sommelier background a plus)
* Strong understanding of Australia's wine market, retail, and Penfolds' brand heritage
* Exceptional public speaking and media skills, able to influence and inspire
* Creative, adaptable, and commercially minded with strong stakeholder skills
