Key Responsibilities
* Lead dispensary workflow, accuracy, and customer counselling
* Deliver vaccinations, MedsChecks, inhaler technique, sleep apnoea support, and health services
* Train, support, and mentor pharmacy assistants and interns
* Manage stock control, ordering, QCPP compliance, and scheduling
* Strengthen relationships with local GPs, specialists, and allied health providers
* Drive professional services and community health initiatives
What You'll Bring
* Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
* Strong leadership capability (or ready to step into it)
* Vaccination certification and confidence delivering health services
* Clear communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach
