Clarke Commercial Entries (CCEntries) is a small family-owned business based in Central West NSW. We are focused, experienced and dedicated to providing fast and simple door and gate solutions across the Central West and surrounding regions. We provide specialist commercial & industrial entry system solutions, including motorised shutters, automated gates, secure access control systems and critical infrastructure service contracts. We build, supply, install, maintain and repair roller shutters, roller doors, shop fronts, carparks, gates as well as provide custom solutions for our clients. The Opportunity
The role of an Industrial Door Technician will involve preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and major works to industrial door and gate automation systems. No two days are the same at CCEntries. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties including installation, repairs and services. To maintain the high level of service to our clients some out of hours or weekend work will be required as well as occasional reactive call outs. Travel and overnight work is also required. The role can be tailored to the preferred areas of work following completion of training, which means you can work on what you enjoy doing. All uniform and tools will be provided upon completion of probation period. This role suits a maintenance electrician, auto-electrical tech, HVAC/service tech, fabrication/fitter, or similar trade with solid electromechanical problem-solving ability. Full training will be provided to the right candidate. CCEntries operates under the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020. Key Responsibilities will include:
· Maintenance, servicing & repairs to industrial door and gate automation systems
· Fault finding on motors, relays, safety edge circuits, sensors & control systems
· Small upgrades & replacement of controllers, motors and hardware
· Install assist and commissioning support on new automated systems
· Mix of scheduled service & time-critical breakdown work
· Providing high level of customer service to our valued customers
· Provision of advice regarding our products and services to both existing and new customers.

Necessary skills
· Full Drivers 'C' Class License and own reliable transport.
· White Construction Card.
· Trade-qualified electrician OR strong trade background with electromechanical competency
· Ability to use a variety of power tools.
· Physical ability and agility to complete physical work.
· Ability to obtain a security clearance and police check
· Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
· Applicants must either be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia or New Zealand to apply for this position.
· Ability to travel the central west region including fully covered overnight stays.
Favourable skills
· Experience in this industry is desirable but not essential, however we can offer training and support to candidates with transferable skills. This may include experience in trades such as auto electrical, fabrication, manufacturing, maintenance fitter or, a mechanic.
· Forklift/Scissor lift licence
· Truck Licence
