**The role**
A receptionist role with diverse and dynamic administrative duties. Based in Prahran, this is a one-month contract with the potential to extend. Working days will be Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 4.30 pm.
**Your duties**:
- Answering incoming calls promptly; transferring to the relevant internal contact or department.
- Greeting guests in person and liaising with relevant internal departments.
- Filing and updating records as required.
- Admin assistance to payroll team as needed.
- General administrative duties.
**Your skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Punctual and reliable
- A proactive and energetic approach to completing tasks
