Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Shepparton, VIC, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining schedules, handling phone and email communication, and supporting executive needs. Other day-to-day tasks include providing clerical support, assisting with client inquiries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the office operates efficiently.
Qualifications
* Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
* Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
* Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Proficiency in office productivity software and tools
* Previous administrative or real estate experience is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are desirable
