The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Operations Manager to lead our service delivery across the Rockhampton region. This role involves managing multiple client sites, leading frontline teams, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio and regional presence .
In this role, you will:
1. Lead and support a team of cleaners and site supervisors to deliver high-quality services.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving concerns proactively and professionally.
3. Identify and implement service improvements, streamline operations, and seek new growth opportunities.
4. Manage recruitment, training, and performance across your team.
5. Oversee timesheets, payroll checks, and performance KPIs to drive operational outcomes.
6. Maintain compliance with all safety standards and legislative requirements.
7. Manage site consumables, equipment servicing, and periodic cleaning works.
8. Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities to expand the portfolio.
About You
