The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Bids & Pursuits Senior Executive in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne on a full‐time, permanent basis. The role is part of our Global Bids & Pursuits team and works collaboratively with the wider Clients, Markets & Growth function.
As the Bids & Pursuits Senior Executive you will support Bids & Pursuits Managers in delivering complex and strategic panel and project bids throughout the process, from pursuits to presentations. Over time you will lead the pursuit process and provide support to partners on medium‐complexity opportunities. You will work with senior team members and may receive industry‐recognised certification through APMP.

Lead the pursuit process and support partners on medium‐complexity opportunities. Work collaboratively with the wider Clients, Markets & Growth function. Mentor and collaborate with senior team members. Engage with stakeholders and manage project timelines.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in pursuits, bids or a similar business development role in legal, professional services, or other relevant industries.
* Capability in supporting and leading pursuits, including stakeholder engagement and project management skills, and a proven ability to successfully support complex work‐winning processes.
* Ability to write clear, succinct content for proposals.
* Strong communication skills, able to work with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels.
