Engaged Support Services is an NDIS Registered Disability organisation based in Launceston, Tasmania.

Role Description
This is a contracted position for a Behaviour Support Practitioner, tailored to your preferences and availability, located in Launceston.
The practitioner will implement positive behaviour support plans, conduct assessments, provide training and support to individuals with disabilities, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities include participating in CPD, regular supervision, and ensuring behaviour support plans are published on PRODA within the regulated timeframes mandated by the NDIS.
Qualifications
Experience in positive behaviour support and behaviour management
Knowledge of person-centered approaches and disability services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Relevant qualifications in psychology, social work, or related fields
Registration as a Core Practitioner or higher
Current National Police Check
WWVP card endorsed for NDIS
Drivers License and comprehensive insurance
