Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager or Property Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a unique opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of client properties, including government accounts, and gain exposure to high-level facilities management operations across up to 250 sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead reactive and planned maintenance across a large property portfolio
- Conduct annual inspections and NABERS assessments
- Manage critical incidents and recovery plans
- Oversee contractor performance and compliance
- Maintain asset lifecycle plans and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in FM delivery
- Support financial reporting, audits, and budget forecasting
About You:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Facilities Management
- Strong client focus and ability to deliver results
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
- Financial acumen and systems/data management capability
- Able to work independently and within a collaborative team
- Experience in government or multi-site portfolios highly regarded
