THE ROLE:

Our client is seeking an Medical Device Sales Representative - Orthopaedics to drive and grow the business for their leading orthopaedic portfolio based in Brisbane. You will manage a diverse product portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and support the adoption of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and improve outcomes. This business development‐focused role combines customer engagement, account management, and strategic growth initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Take full ownership of a high‐value orthopaedic territory across key Brisbane hospital accounts
* Drive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed quota
* Build strong, long‐term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and key stakeholders
* Develop deep clinical and product knowledge across the portfolio
* Lead by example, supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Partner cross‐functionally with broader orthopaedic teams to drive growth initiatives
* Manage territory planning, account strategy, and case coverage across elective schedules
* Operate autonomously while contributing to the broader state team's success

ABOUT YOU:

* 2+ years' experience in medical device sales (orthopaedics background or experience is an advantage), with a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets
* Proven ability to take ownership of a territory, identify growth opportunities, and build strong relationships with surgeons and stakeholders
* Experience working within hospital environments, engaging multiple clinical and operational stakeholders
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Commercially astute, proactive, and driven, with a strong passion for improving patient outcomes
* Thrive in fast‐paced, team‐focused environments and enjoy contributing to a high‐performing culture
