**Home Support Assistant**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Support Assistant. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in their own homes, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.
**About the Role**
As a permanent part-time Home Support Assistant (up to 20 hours per fortnight) supporting clients in Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas, you will be part of our supportive and values-driven team that provides essential services to our clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include assisting with everyday domestic activities such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting and washing, as well as developing genuine connections with your clients and providing social support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily tasks and activities to promote independence and well-being
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families through regular communication and updates
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
