About the Company
A leading HVAC-services company with more than 30 years of experience in servicing and installing building systems, providing full heating, ventilation and air conditioning solutions. The company has a solid pipeline of projects for **** across education, defence, commercial and infrastructure upgrades. Project values range up to $20m. Some projects are via builders and some with direct end-user clients where you would act as the principal contractor.
What Your Day Looks Like
Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring HVAC installations are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients to maintain smooth project delivery.
Manage and supervise site teams, providing clear direction and resolving on-site challenges as they arise.
Monitor progress, quality and compliance with safety standards and project documentation.
Report on site performance, progress and issues to senior management while maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager delivering large-scale projects from start to completion.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation and commissioning within commercial environments.
Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams and coordinate with project managers, engineers and clients.
Solid understanding of site safety, compliance and quality assurance standards in the building services sector.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Remuneration & Benefits
Remuneration based on skills and experience – up to $140k plus super, car or allowance.
