About the role
In this full-time position you will be responsible for providing high-quality mechanical services and repairs to our valued customers. As a vital member of our close-knit team, your expertise and dedication will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our automotive business.
What you'll be doing
- Performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including 4x4s and light commercial vehicles
- Conducting thorough inspections and identifying issues to provide customers with comprehensive solutions
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Collaborating with the team to share best practices and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Maintaining detailed job records and providing excellent customer service
What we're looking for
- Formal qualification as a Mechanic, with at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
- Eligibility of full working rights with no restrictions in Australia (PR or Citizen)
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repair
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment
