The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Adelaide team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will take ownership of a hot desk focused on temp recruitment in the blue collar civil sector. This role is client-facing and people-focused. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment, multiple client accounts, account management, filling roles, and play a key part in RED's growth. National recognition through the HOBAN Recruitment Group Awards Strong brand backing with an established client base Team events and networking opportunities and so much more What You'll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment for temp recruitment in the blue collar civil sector Build strong networks and talent pools in civil and construction Grow client accounts and identify new business opportunities Represent RED at networking events and in the market Maintain high service levels through regular client contact and site visits What You'll Bring Australian citizen or permanent resident Valid driver's licence and reliable transport Previous 2-3 years recruitment experience, ideally managing multiple client accounts Knowledge of civil and construction recruitment markets Strong track record in meeting KPIs and managing a hot desk Excellent client relationship management and business development skills Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Organisational ability to prioritise and multi-task under pressure Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and Microsoft Office Suite High attention to detail Ability to work with pace and urgency A positive, can do, attitude Our Culture At RED, we back our people to succeed.
