Practice Information:
The organisation is a multidisciplinary allied health provider delivering services across rural and regional Queensland and New South Wales. The team includes Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Psychology, Counselling, and Allied Health Assistants. Services are delivered across clinic-based, outreach, and telehealth settings, supporting a diverse range of clients including paediatric, community, and NDIS participants. Clinicians work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, with access to structured supervision, peer support, and internal professional development opportunities.
Position Description:
This role involves delivering occupational therapy services across clinic, outreach, and telehealth settings as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessment, intervention, and ongoing management of clients across a varied caseload, including paediatrics, equipment prescription, home modifications, rehabilitation, and disability support. Clinicians will collaborate with other allied health professionals to support coordinated care and may participate in outreach services to surrounding communities as required. There are opportunities for early career clinicians to receive structured supervision and support. Experienced clinicians may contribute to mentoring, service development, and clinical leadership within the team.
Position Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
* Registration with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain
* Current driver's licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Experience level is open to early career and experienced clinicians.
