Right at Home provides in-home aged care and disability support services, supporting people to live independently. We are currently looking for Home Care Cleaners to join our Northern Rivers team. Responsibilities
- You’ll provide domestic assistance for older people living in their own homes, to help empower their independence and improve their quality of life in the Northern Rivers and surrounding areas.
- This role involves travelling between client’s homes with a two (2) hour service using your own car.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens and other living spaces according to schedules.
- Change bed linen, make beds, and ensure overall comfort and hygiene
- Assist with Laundry
- Transport Services
- Assist with shopping
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure the well-being of clients
- Services are generally between the hours of 8am-4pm Monday to Friday
What you will need
- Australian Federal Police Clearance
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required)
- Smartphone with internet access
- You’ll also be flexible and prepared to help meet the changing needs and schedules of our home care clients.
