A leading energy analytics organization is building a global investment analytics platform to support the energy transition. Widely adopted by top energy asset owners, operators, developers, and investors, this platform is transforming how energy market analytics are performed and delivered. To enhance the user experience through both product development and analysis delivery, a global technical Customer Solutions team is being developed to serve as the critical interface between model development and end users.
We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join the team in Sydney responsible for managing and delivering on the strategic objectives of the APAC Customer Solutions team. This cross-functional role spans Advisory, Product, Research, and Commercial teams and is pivotal to the expansion of the software product suite in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the APAC Customer Solutions team, working with senior leadership to define and execute strategic goals, support professional development, and ensure effective customer support across the region.
* Oversee the full lifecycle of client support interactions—diagnosing issues, coordinating efficient resolutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
* Ensure client feedback is taken seriously and integrated into long-term product improvements and roadmaps.
* Collaborate with global Customer Solutions managers to share best practices, drive innovation, and promote thought leadership.
Required Attributes
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in an analytical or knowledge-driven role, ideally with exposure to power markets.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex issues and lead end-to-end resolution.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
* Results-oriented mindset with persistence and a hands-on approach to achieving goals.
* Experience in team management.
* Familiarity with multiple power markets in the APAC region.
* Background in power market analysis or modelling.
* Consulting experience.
