The Role: Project Manager
As a Project Manager – Pharmacy Development at the Scaffidi Group, you'll support the delivery of pharmacy fit-outs, refurbishments, and new store projects across metro and regional Australia. You'll be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle—from planning through to post-completion. This includes managing contractors, internal stakeholders, budgets, timelines, compliance, and change management—ensuring every store opens on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver multiple pharmacy development and fit-out projects
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers from concept to completion
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets
- Oversee site works, compliance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and meetings
- Ensure regulatory compliance (pharmacy, building, WHS) across all project stages
- Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement
- Support change adoption using structured People Change Management methodologies
About You
You're organised, proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments whilst wanting to be part of a business making a difference.
- Proven experience managing retail, healthcare, construction, or pharmacy-related projects
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and delivery tools
- Confident managing contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Experience with change management frameworks is a bonus
- Proficient in project management software
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction, or Business
