The Company
Our client is a mid-sized Accounting practice located in Altona North. They are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist/ Administrator to be the face of the business. You will be the first point of contact, and will assist the broader Accounting team on an ad hoc basis.
Your key responsibilities may include:
Meeting and greeting clients
Answering phones
Incoming and Outgoing mail
Scanning, filing & archiving
Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
Preparing letters and other documentation for clients
Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
Stationary and consumable ordering
Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners
About You
Strong Microsoft Office skills
A positive and hard working attitude
Be a people person and love talking to new people
High attention to detail
