We service a variety of commercial clients, including Airbnbs, banks, office buildings, construction sites, and industrial premises across the South West.What We OfferFull-time, ongoing position – 38 hours per weekWork across multiple commercial and residential sitesSupportive and respectful team environmentLong-term job stability in a growing businessYour Key ResponsibilitiesVacuuming carpets, curtains, and upholstered furnitureCleaning, dusting, and polishing furniture, fixtures, and fittingsRemoving rubbish and recyclable materials; emptying bins, trays, and containersStripping wax from floors, re-waxing, and polishing as requiredCleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and laundry areas; replenishing suppliesReporting any plumbing or fixture issues to managementOperating industrial vacuum cleaners and other heavy-duty cleaning machineryRemoving dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fixturesApplying appropriate cleaning agents (acids/solvents) to treat stains and heavy grimeRemoving oil, grease, dust, soot, and sludge from machines and surfacesCleaning both the interior and exterior of furnaces, boilers, tanks, and ship hulls (where applicable)May also clean building exteriors using sand-blasting and industrial solventsAbout YouPrevious commercial cleaning experience is highly regardedStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailPhysically fit and able to perform manual labourAble to work independently and follow detailed instructionsComfortable using chemicals and cleaning machineryDriver's licence and own vehicle preferredMust have valid working rights in AustraliaPreferably AQF Certificate 1 or equivalentHow to ApplyIf you are a dependable cleaner looking for a full time role with above-award pay and diverse work, we'd love to hear from you.Send your resume to (emailprotected) or apply through this platform.
