Infinite Insurance - Insurance Administration Officer
Location: Wollongong, NSW or Melbourne, VIC (Cremorne)
Type: Full-time, permanent, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Flexibility: 3 WFH days per week, 2 days in the office
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 + super

This role is a founding opportunity that will play a critical part in that mission: ensuring Infinity clients receive accurate, compliant, and seamless insurance support at every stage of their journey.
The Role
Reporting into the Chief Insurance Officer, the Insurance Administration Officer supports the brokerage by ensuring accurate policy processing, strong compliance, and smooth coordination across insurers, brokers, and internal teams.
You'll work closely with our Insurance Brokers and Claims Coordinator to support ~4,500 (and counting) existing Infinity Group clients, helping deliver a high-quality, end-to-end client experience.
As part of the foundation team, you'll also contribute to building the administrative systems, processes, and standards that will support Infinite Insurance as it scales nationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
* Prepare certificates of currency, renewal documentation, and policy schedules
* Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation meets compliance standards
* Assist with debtor management, invoicing, and reporting
* Liaise with insurers, underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to support efficient policy processing
* Respond to client enquiries regarding policy coverage, documentation, and administrative processes
* Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service quality
* Support the broader insurance team with general administrative and operational tasks
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
* 1–2 years' administration experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
* Tier 2 qualification in General Insurance, or willingness to obtain
* Exposure to CRM systems and policy management platforms
