We're looking for a seasoned Sales/BD Consultant who can manage the full end-to-end process - from winning new SME clients in Sydney territory to filling high-volume, bulk recruitment orders quick.

Description

In this high-energy, 360 temp role, you will:

- Manage volume temp accounts - Work with SME clients who require large numbers of temps at speed, ensuring quality placements every time.
- Run bulk recruitment projects - Source, screen, onboard, and manage pools of candidates ready for deployment.
- Hunt for new SME clients - Drive business development within your assigned Sydney territory, winning new accounts through calls, visits, and networking.
- Own the end-to-end process - From job brief to placement, compliance to post-placement follow-up.
- Grow & retain client relationships - Deliver service excellence that keeps clients coming back.

Profile

- Proven temp desk experience - You know the pace, the challenges, and how to deliver for multiple clients at once.
- Volume recruitment expertise - Skilled at filling bulk orders, managing talent pools, and deploying temps quickly.
- 360 recruitment skills - Strong at both client acquisition and candidate delivery.
- Territory growth mindset - Comfortable targeting and winning new SME business in a defined patch.
- Resilient & driven - Thrive in a fast-moving, high-output environment.
