We are currently looking for an experience Recruitment Team Leader to join our organisation. We are a boutique Recruitment Agency with a local footprint that spans over 30 years. We work across almost all industry sectors throughout Western Australia providing Sales, Accounting and Office Support people to local business.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Run a recruitment desk as a way of leading by example
2. Candidate talent pooling, phone screening, interviewing and reference checks
3. Lead and grow small recruitment team - hands on
4. Team coaching and development using Savage Academy
5. Some delivery of recruitment information to directors
6. Build and maintain established procedures, processes and guidelines
7. Initially no new business development required

9. Ability to work under pressure within fast-paced environment
10. Strong work ethic and helpful, nurturing attitude towards dealing with people
11. Experience in contracting and securing passive candidates for key roles
