Professional Mystery Shopper with a pet - Midland Area

Overview
Above Benchmark is one of Australia's leading Mystery Shopping Providers. Due to recent growth and new client partners, we are now recruiting Mystery Shoppers in numerous cities and regional towns across Australia. CURRENT OPENING: We are looking for a Mystery Shopper who owns a dog or cat and can take their pet to a vet for a consultation.
Responsibilities
* Follow provided instructions and complete a survey form for each job.
* Visit the target client and act like a regular customer while observing everything.
* Log into Mystery Shopping software upon completion and enter results, including any required photos and receipts.
Qualifications
* Regular and reliable access to the internet, email and ideally a printer
* An excellent memory and report writing skills
* Confidence to role-play and improvise
* Fantastic communication skills; verbal and written
* Confidence with computers/smartphones, etc.
Compensation and Payment
Payment for this survey is $30, plus you will be reimbursed for the consult fee up to $130. PAY STRUCTURE: Mystery Shop payments vary by job and are based on the time required. Payments range from $15–$30 for phone calls and $20–$50 for onsite visits. Meals and purchases are in addition to the mystery shop payment. If a purchase is required, shoppers are paid back with their survey payment. Payments are processed weekly.
Contract and Taxes
Mystery Shoppers are typically independent contractors, not employees. They can invoice with an ABN or complete a simple form from the ATO stating they are undertaking Mystery Shopping as a Hobby. Mystery Shoppers are not required to supply a TFN and are responsible for their own superannuation, tax and insurance.
