Ideal candidates will bring proven drilling experience (or a strong willingness to learn for Offsiders) and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Operating and maintaining drilling equipment (Drillers) Assisting with rod handling, sampling, and consumables (Offsiders) Site preparation, housekeeping, and equipment setup Supporting safe and efficient drilling operations Daily equipment inspections, general maintenance, and accurate safety documentation Working cohesively with the drill crew and contributing to a positive team environment Our Ideal Candidates: For Drillers: 3–5 years hands-on experience operating RC rigs Demonstrated ability to run safe, efficient, and productive drilling operations For Offsiders: Previous drilling offsider/labourer experience preferred but not essential Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn For All Applicants: Valid HR licence (or willing to obtain) National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months) or ability to obtain Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening First Aid & CPR certificates or willingness to complete before starting Working at Heights Certificate Cert II or III in Drilling Operations (highly regarded but not mandatory for Offsiders) Legal right to work in Australia Strong safety focus and excellent attention to detail What's On Offer: Permanent, long-term employment and job stability Flexible 4:2, 2:1 roster options Highly competitive pay rates Return flights provided from Perth Accommodation varies depending on the project — some locations are camp-based, while others utilise company-supplied caravans.
