About The Role
We are seeking a
Leadership and Professional Development Specialist
to play a pivotal role in shaping, delivering, and embedding leadership capability across Juniper.
This role is responsible for designing and delivering impactful leadership programs that align with Juniper's values, strategic priorities and best-care practices. You will partner closely with leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to strengthen leadership capability, align culture, drive engagement, and build sustainable career pathways across the organization.
This is a hands-on, influential role suited to someone who is passionate about leadership development, coaching, and organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, deliver and continuously improve leadership development programs, workshops, and learning resources across Juniper
* Lead leadership onboarding and induction programs for new and promoted leaders, including structured check-ins and coaching
* Facilitate leadership professional development sessions using evidence-based content, reflective practice and group coaching
* Manage and coordinate professional development opportunities, including traineeships and external learning programs
* Deliver group and individual coaching to support leadership capability and development plan outcomes
* Embed the LEADS in a Caring Environment Capability Framework across all leadership initiatives
* Partner with People & Culture to support employee engagement and retention initiatives using feedback, surveys and insights
* Evaluate leadership programs using data and feedback, and implement continuous improvement strategies
* Lead and manage leadership-related projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, reporting and delivery
Key Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or a related field
* 3–5 years' experience in leadership, learning and development or workforce development roles
* Experience designing and delivering leadership programs, workshops and coaching initiatives
* Familiarity with the LEADS Capability Framework or comparable leadership models
* Strong facilitation, communication and coaching skills
* The ability to influence, engage and build trust with diverse stakeholders
* A structured, project-focused approach with the ability to manage priorities and budgets
* A genuine passion for building leadership capability, culture and a future-ready workforce
