**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop your sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience.
* Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and promoting Trek's products.
* Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology to provide expert advice to customers.
* Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to stay informed about sales performance and customer feedback.
* Use the Guide Sales Process to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
* Follow through on quotes and lead list communications to ensure timely and efficient customer service.
* Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules to further your knowledge of our products, services, and procedures.
* When not actively taking care of customers, assist with tasks such as:
o Completing Daily Task List assignments.
o Maintaining all aspects of store merchandising according to visual merchandising standards.
o Completing weekly Cycle Counts.
o Assembling or pre-assembling new bicycles.
o Preparing customer bikes for service by Service or Production Technicians.
